Color as a Pathway to Clarity, Coherence, and Self-Trust
Change often asks us to make decisions before we feel completely certain about what comes next.
The Color of Change uses color as a pathway to greater clarity, coherence, and self-trust. Through guided reflection, experiential exercises, and meaningful group conversation, participants will explore the decisions and possibilities emerging in their lives from a fresh perspective.
Rather than relying only on logic or urgency, participants will learn to notice the internal signals, emotional responses, and colors connected to different choices. The group offers space to consider what is ending, what is changing, and what may be ready to emerge.
Three sessions on Zoom: Wednesdays, October 28, November 4 and 11, 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Eastern.
The meeting link comes by email, to the address you register with.
The workbook is part of every group. If you don't have a copy yet, it's in the shop.
All sales are final. If you can't come, email me before the first session to give your seat to someone else or take a credit toward a later group (refunds and shipping).
These groups are reflective and educational experiences and are not a substitute for individual mental health treatment or crisis services. They're not group therapy, and I'm not your therapist in them. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US).
