Color My World, Please Group Experiences
Color My World, Please group experiences invite participants to explore the themes of the book and workbook more deeply through shared reflection, creative exploration, meaning-making, and connection.
Each group is intentionally small and offers a welcoming environment in which participants can notice, experiment, and reconnect with color in their lives. Groups are offered virtually and in person, with each theme expanding upon the foundational ideas in Color My World, Please.
The workbook is part of every group. If you don't have a copy yet, it's here.
These groups are reflective and educational experiences and are not a substitute for individual mental health treatment or crisis services. They're not group therapy, and I'm not your therapist in them. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US).

The Colors of Grief
A Compassionate Space for Honoring Loss and Change
Grief does not have a single color, follow a predictable path, or belong only to experiences of death.
The Colors of Grief offers a compassionate space to explore the many ways loss lives within us. Participants may be grieving a person, relationship, role, home, opportunity, physical ability, former identity, or season of life.
Through color, guided reflection, experiential exercises, and meaningful conversation, participants will be invited to give form to feelings that may be difficult to name. Together, we will explore the colors of absence, memory, love, longing, anger, change, and hope—without pressure to move on, find closure, or make grief more comfortable for others.
The group is not about replacing grief with brighter colors. It is about making room for the full palette of grief while gently noticing what remains, what supports us, and what may be returning.
