Mindful Monday is a monthly restorative gathering designed for those who feel stretched, overstimulated, or simply in need of a gentler way to start the week and the month. Each gathering offers a different mindfulness-based modality, so over time participants are introduced to a variety of practices and build a personal toolkit they can return to in daily life.
Offerings may include:
sound baths with crystal singing bowls
guided breathwork
mindfulness and awareness practices
Reiki energy work
drumming and rhythm
other somatic and restorative practices
Each session stands on its own. Come when you can, return as you’re called. This is a space to exhale, settle, and meet the month ahead with steadiness instead of urgency.
Mindful Monday is a supportive, educational wellness offering and is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care. Participants are invited to listen to their bodies, take breaks as needed, and engage at their own pace. Choice, consent, and self-regulation are prioritized throughout. $16
